1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ShiftMint, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Use of the platform

You must use the platform only for lawful purposes. Workers must be 18 or over. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

3. Accounts and verification

You must keep your login details secure. We may require identity and right-to-work verification. Approval of documents is at our discretion.

4. Shifts and payments

Shift terms, pay rates and payment terms are as agreed between workers and employers through the platform. ShiftMint may charge fees as set out in our pricing and payment policies.

5. Cancellation and no-shows

Cancellation and no-show policies apply as set out in the platform and in communications with you.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ShiftMint is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
